The 5 day management training People focused management is oriented towards the leaders and managers of the future. For them it is no longer sufficient to manage and control systems and processes. They optimise their systems through their people, thereby creating a sustainable working environment.

To achieve this, they must realise a completely different leadership attitude than the one we so frequently meet these days. They must be capable of coaching their people, and be able to really listen and to fascinate them through a common goal. Because leadership and management is finally about people, and it is together with them and thanks to these people that systems and processes work or do not.

Content

In the People Focused Management workshops we cover the following topics:

• The requirements of sustainable leadership.
• Meeting people "at their bus stop" as a criterion for obtaining commitment.
• The increasing importance of coaching leadership.
• Feedback-oriented leadership: "Failing does not exist, learning does".
• Management by performance and taking up of responsibility.
• From meetingitis to sensible meetings.
• The attitude and points of departure of a sustainable leader: The required mindswitch from complaining to positivism, from victim to creative maker.
• The power of "not knowing" in leadership.

Approach

The management training is built on practice and is experience-oriented. We work with cases from our own practice, building on these to expand your experience as a people focused manager and leader.

We train and a higher awareness level of convictions and attitudes. We train leadership attitudes that connect with people and that are required for sustainable leadership in the future.
