Supervision

Supervision is led by an expert in this area. A number of people with similar questions present their case and learn from one another. As a supplement, the expert (manager or coach) also provides a reference framework for further exploration.

The Coaching Square organises different types of supervision in open programme:
 

• coach-the-coach
• preparation for certification by the International Coach Federation

Guided intervision

This working method consists of bringing together people with similar questions, with the objective of getting them to exchange their experiences and learning from one another by means of a guided process. The input of the guide is 'purely process-oriented', which means that his/her role is primarily process supervision.

The Coaching Square offers several intervision groups:
 

• TOP-XX is an intervision forum for top women, which serves as a platform for exchanging information about the deployment of their talents as a woman and as a manager.
   
• LEADING YXX is an intervision forum for men and women, who experience their leadership as a key element of their success and who want to share or get their inspiration from other persons.
   
• MENTOR-COACHING for coaches - intervision or supervision for coaches, within the framework of their continuous quality assurance and an ongoing personal growth.
