This workshop is open to anyone who has already participated in a coach training programme.
 

This 6-days workshop will boost your awareness and your ability to coach teams or groups of people based on years of experience. Learning how to coach teams with the attitude of a true coach based on a solid foundation will make it much more enjoyable for you to guide teams and groups of people through the process. You will also be astounded by the results that can be achieved through team coaching.

Team coaching results very quickly in increased awareness and a greater platform for taking responsibilities. Through team coaching, you can create room for trust, synergy and growth and you can encourage team members to feel prepared to take their growth to the next  level. The willingness to change existing habits will become a reality and will lead to new behaviour that can be tested in real-life environments.

A good team coach contributes to the sense of commitment and to a positive attitude towards change and innovation among individuals and within the company as a whole. 
 

This specialist worskshop consists of 6 days training, 2 hours personal coaching and 8 hours supervision (2 x 1/2 day).
