Even though you might already have lots of coaching experience, the need for continuous education is always there. Becoming or being a coach is a lifelong development route. With The Bloom® we offer the support to learn how to coach at identity level concerning vital questions.

The Bloom® programme is a training course for advanced coaches, or those who have already completed the Root®- Grow® course and have in the meantime gained practical experience. This coaching programme consists of a total of 16 days which are spread over 2 years and it can also be followed apart from the Root®-Grow® programme, after an intake conversation.

This coaching programme prepares you for certification as a Master Certified Coach (MCC).

Goals

The Bloom® programme is a complete education. Coaches learn to handle complex vital questions from customers, concerning matters at an identity level.

We want to let our customers increasingly discover their authentic 'self' and make it possible for them to give form and a mission to their personal dynamic balance. As a coach, you need a good connection with yourself (being fully present).

Approach

Between the course blocks, participants are given the challenge of integrating a specific block into their practice and will also handle these during the supervisions. In this manner, the participants slowly build up their portfolio of skills.

The mentor coaches are coaches at MCC level, but they will not necessarily be the trainers of the programme itself. 4 x ½-day supervision is foreseen by various MCC coaches.
