The first level: The Root©

• focuses on trainers, consultants, managers and internal coaches, who are setting their first steps into a more structured approach to coaching
• we cover both the context of coaching and the methods and tools of a practical application.

Already master basic coaching techniques through experience or training courses from different providers? Register for the abbreviated version of The Root®: The Grow®Warm Up. During the intake interview, we will establish your eligibility for the training course. 

The second level: The Grow©

• for coaches that already have experience in coaching and who want to continue their exploration of the profession
• we focus on coaching projects that approach the personality of the coachee on the basis of his/her convictions and values.

The third level: The Bloom©  

• for professional coaches who want to deepen their understanding of coaching and want to enrich their skills with tools, until those can be deployed by them in a rather intuitive manner
• we focus on themes such as the identity and mission of the coachee.
