Coaching school The Coaching Square (TCS) is specialized in:

• professional coaching
• certified coach training programmes
• completion courses for coaches
• open and in company trainings concerning communication, coaching and leadership.

History

TCS International bvba was established by 5 partners in 2005, who had met each other via the International Coach Federation. The Coaching Square Belgium and The Coaching Square Swiss (www.coachingsquare.com) were created in 2010.

Today, TCS is managed by 2 managing directors (Marleen Boen and Leen Lambrechts) and partners, supplemented by aligned partners for larger projects.
 

Mission

The Coaching Square wants to be a source of inspiration for all those with a large heart for their fellow man and the continuous development.
