Marleen Boen is Belgian. She is a trainer and coach and has a long practical experience as a business woman and sales manager. She has solid professional management experience which has helped her to become a dedicated, passionate and realistic trainer and coach. As a trainer and coach she has worked with companies in the ICT, banking and insurance world; call centres; and the technology sector. Through her international contacts she has a rich experience with different cultures.
Marleen has been trained in systemics, organisational constellations, Enneagram, and Ericksonian hypnosis, and she is an international certified NLP-trainer. She organises NLP-training and provides coach training. She actively coaches managers and their teams to a higher level of efficiency and awareness, and she also coaches managers in their life transitions and career management.

Leen Lambrechts - MCC
Leen has been coaching since 1991. She has also been a teacher for teachers in the higher education sector, and has run her own outdoor training organisation. She has worked for different multinational organisations, including a period with DHL Europe as a Training and Development Officer She has acquired many of her coaching skills through practical experience, supplemented byattending a number of different coaching courses run by ‘The Association voor Coaching’ in the Netherlands and by John Whitmore.
Leen has a Masters degree and thereafter studied Informatics as well as Training and Development with the ITD. In 1995 she started "Coaching Association Belgium", as the first specialised organisation in coaching in Belgium, together with Willem Verhoeven (author of the best seller “Managing without hierarchy” and “The Manager Coach”). Her collaboration since 2001 with a large HR Consulting firm has resulted in a 1.5 year training for certified personal coaches in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Leen is a full time trainer and coach. She is experienced in designing coaching programmes, setting up long development trajectories and in coaching managers in competency development. In 2006 she specialised in systemic and organisational constellations with Johannes B. Schmidt to integrate this way of connecting to the relevant field information in coaching projects.

Kathleen Bosman is a seasoned business professional who has more than 25 years of corporate experience in different areas of HR management and Sales Management in international organizations (ITT, Citigroup, Unilever). She has had leadership responsibility over teams from 5 to 200 people and has built her knowledge, on the one hand by continued training and studies in Personal Leadership (Reddin, Senn Delaney), Consulting Skills, MBTI, Leadership & Coaching (John Whitmore) and HR Management (Mercer Delta & Kluwer), and on the other hand by testing and integrating this “theoretical” knowledge in her daily management practice a.o. as Regional Sales Manager for Citibank Belgium and in different areas of Human Resources, a.o. as Training & Development Manager of Citibank Belgium, as Head Organisational & Cultural Development Citibank Northern Europe and as HR Manager Sales & Marketing for Citibank and later for Unilever.
During her time with Unilever, - Kathleen trained the Board and the entire management population on the use of the GROW model (John Whitmore) and the principles of Performance Coaching. She has a track record of more than 3200 training hours in people management, leadership, performance management, sales management & change management. Today she is a Certified Coach, with more than 650 hours of coaching experience. Shecoaches Leaders and Line Managers in the areas of Personal Leadership, Strategy, People management, Performance Management and personal change.
Kathleen is a passionate coach who combines a result-oriented approach and a strong drive, with respect and patience for the individual growth process of the coachee. She creates a climate of trust, openness, integrity and respect for the coachee and her approach is in-depth, pragmatic, visual and concrete. She is a positive thinker, is solution-oriented and wants to achieve results together with people by making them stronger and more able to achieve positive results. She is MBTI-accredited and has contributed to the translation of a book on MBTI “You’ve got Personality” (Mary McGuiness).
