The Coaching Square is led by professional ICF certified coaches: Marleen Boen and Leen Lambrechts. They met in 2002, at the set-up of the Belgian Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
The diversity of their backgrounds, their academic degrees, their expertise and experience (in the fields of consultancy, training, coaching and management) allow them to learn every day from one another.
Their profile is complementary : academic (economics, law, marketing, commerce, education), corporate, coaching training, tools (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Systems Approach, Enneagram, PCM, MBTI, Ericksonian hypnosis, art therapy, family and corporate constellations and competency development). Their experience and expertise provide them with a comprehensive knowledge of the Belgian and multi-national and cultural environments.
They enjoy being together and being creative. They are driven by the same passion for the human being.
They created The Coaching Square as a space for personal and professional development.
