The Coaching Square is led by professional ICF certified coaches: Marleen Boen, Leen Lambrechts, Françoise Sax. They met in 2002, at the set-up of the Belgian Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
The diversity of their backgrounds, their academic degrees, their expertise and experience (in the fields of consultancy, training, coaching, management) allow them to learn every day from one another.
Their profile is complementary : academic (economy, law, marketing, commerce, education), corporate, coaching trainings, tools (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Systems Approach, enneagram, PCM, MBTI, ericksonian hypnosis, art therapy, family and corporate constellations, competency development, etc.). Their experience and expertise provide them with a comprehensive knowledge of the Belgian and multi-national and cultural environments.
They enjoy to be and to create together. They are driven by the same passion for the human being.
