The path we invite you to follow is made of three steps, built around the 11 competencies defined by the International Coach Federation.
The first level, The ROOT© is aimed at trainers, consultants, managers, internal coaches who wish to make their first well-structured steps within coaching. It deals with the coaching environment and the tools to implement coaching.
The second level, The GROW© is aimed at coaches who already practice coaching and who would like to deepen their knowledge of the profession. It allows them to enter more deeply into the coachee’s personality through his/ her values and beliefs.
The third level, The BLOOM© is built for professional coaches who wish to master the process and their coaching tools, in order to make them implicit and intuitive. It deals with the person’s identity and mission.
