Do you want to deepen and stretch your 11 coaching competencies as defined by ICF, in order to be able to work more intuitively? Your objective is to be fully present, to listen focussed. To be able to do this, you need to feel comfortable with yourself, with the coachee and the coaching process. We will support you in getting more comfort while being oriented at your development.
You, the coach, during the coaching process are the central tool to enhance the development of the coachee. Your self awareness of your strenghts and weaknesses will help you to be more powerfull as a coach.
At the end of this programme, you will:
have developed your interactional skills, more able to use your 5 senses;
be able to observe the coaching process from a meta position;
have discovered the importance of emotions in relation to commitment;
work with beliefs and values;
have learned to keep centered and flexible at the same time;
have decided to commit yourself to a life long learning process;
be able to reflect on your learning process;
have improved your observation and reflection skills

a certification in line with the ICF standards
Your continuous development will be stimulated by :
Coach-the-coach – 4 hours of individual coaching;
Group Supervision - 12 hours in which you will be able to share experiences, discuss your real life cases
Support – questions will be answered by mail or phone up to 1 month after the course
Duo exercises – between each module, the participants will pass minimum 4 hours with 2 colleagues to practise the proces of coaching and integrate the covered items
Home work on individual basis and group basis will be requested

1 evaluation day
