The Grow© Warm Up
If you have been following courses in specific coaching techniques, provided within e.g. a NLP course, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Counselling, Psychology, … you may prefer to start immediately with the GROW© program;
If you are competent in the basic competencies listed below, you should be able to start with a 4-day Grow© Warm Up programme, including a professional coaching assessment:

Questioning based on your observations

Reframing the contents

Reformulation

Be result-oriented and able to make objectives concrete and tangible

Be self reflective related to your development
During the Grow© Warm Up, you will be challenged to demonstrate the necessary competencies at Root© level, by working on the following competencies:

Establishing your position as a coach within the work context

Asking more and better coaching questions

Asking reflective questions and future-oriented questions
-
Setting the structure of the coaching discussion

Steering the coaching process towards a position of conscious being
-
Establishing the coaching contract

The ethical code of the coach
We will offer coaching demonstrations , plenty of exercises, and a half day assessment to check the level of competencies necessary to start with the GROW© programme.
