Our training programmes are based upon interaction and reflection on experience (30 percent theory, 70 percent practice) and are result- and solution-oriented. They are based on numerous complementary approaches: Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis, Systems Approach, Accelerated Learning, Gestalt, management theories, and competency development. Our programmes put mechanisms and methodologies in place to help and support the coach.
Learning formats are diverse:
plenary session presentations, life demo coaching in front of the group, small group exercises, phased individual coaching, diagnosis sessions, hands on on competency development, discussions, sharing of experience, interactions Q&A, etc.
The program is usually delivered by one or two facilitators in the participant’s mother tongue (English, Dutch, French). The group’s size is limited to 16 persons.
Mentor coaching is carried out by a team of coaches with the aim of providing a complete view of the coaching process, of encouraging flexibility, and of taking the time within the group, to reflect on the coaching philosophy.
We focus on the “know-how”, the “know-how-to-do-it” and the “know-how-to-be”. Your coaching style becomes natural and intuitive. Along the path, we continue to question and challenge you. We encourage you to go further within the integration process, to provide you with an everlasting ethical frame of references that provides the power and energy to carry out the most difficult assignments.
