The Coaching Square offers an ICF certified Coaching Program: ROOT-GROW. This means that you can obtain your ICF certificate by succeeding in our certification procedure.
To obtain your PCC (Professional Certified Coach Certificate), you will need to prove that you have followed the ROOT-GROW programme, and that you have undertaken 750 hours of coaching practice.
We invite you to follow three individual, but linked, tracks. Admission to the three programmes can be chosen based on your coaching competencies, your needs and your rhythm: The Root© , The Grow© and The Bloom©.
A shorter programme, The Grow Warm Up©, can be offered, for those who have already carried out a thorough training in NLP, Transactional Analysis, Systems thinking, Gestalt, Psychology, or similar. At the end of this programme, you will be professionally assessed.
