The Coaching Square answers organizational development needs (OD) like changing the beliefs, values, attitudes, and structure of people, teams or the entire organization so that they can better respond to new technologies, markets, and challenges. When diagnosis and goals are agreed, we start the coaching process.
As John Whitmore says: “That which I am unaware of controls me. That which I am aware of empowers me”.
The Coaching Square encourages self discovery and active experimentation i.e clients apply what has been discussed and learned during sessions immediately afterwards in his/her work or life setting.
During individual coaching we focus on development that will help leaders and managers become more effective in their current roles, stretch to the next level, and work in ways that are sustainable and personally rewarding. Results can be accomplished in whatever areas that has been identified as essential.
