Individual coaching or personal coaching
The Coaching Square answers organisational development needs (OD, for example changing the beliefs, values, attitudes, and structure of people, teams or the entire organisation so that they can better respond to new technologies, markets, and challenges. When diagnosis and goals are agreed, we start the coaching process.
As John Whitmore says: “That which I am unaware of controls me. That which I am aware of empowers me”.
The Coaching Square encourages self discovery and active experimentation. In other words, clients can apply what has been discussed and learned during sessions immediately afterwards in their work or life settings.
During individual coaching, we focus on development activities that can help leaders and managers become more effective in their current roles; stretch them to the next level; and work in ways that are sustainable and personally rewarding. Results can be accomplished in the areas that have been identified as essential to the client.
