Would you like to discover coaching, as a manager coach, or a business coach, or as a life coach?
- the manager coach who want to enrich his leadership style with coaching skills
- the internal coach with less than 50 hours of coaching experience (outside training programs)
- the HR specialist who would like to develop his/her coaching competencies
- the consultant or trainer would would like to evolve from an advising to a coaching style
At the end of this discovery, you will have a coaching attitude, the competencies and the tools to coach others on topics related to their context, their actions and their compentencies. 
You will receive :
- a wide range of tools, techniques and experiences
- an evaluation of your coaching competencies
- a certification that is in line with the ICF standards
- examples of coaching contracts and the deontological/ethical code for conduct
Your development will be encouraged through:
- Coach-the-coach - 4 hours of individual coaching;
- Group Supervision - 8 hours in which your will be able to share experiences, discuss your real life cases
- Support – questions will be answered by mail or phone up to 1 month after the finish of the course
- Peer exercises – between each module, the participants will pass minimum 4 hours with 2 colleagues to practise the proces of coaching and integrate the covered items
- Home work on individual basis and group basis will be requested
- An individual development plan is an important guidance along your development path of the ROOT
- A validation of your coaching skills at the ROOT level
The programme is delivered in 9 days and spread out over 4 months: 1st module: 2 days 2nd module: 2 days 3rd module: 2 days 4rd module: 2 days 1 certification day
