The Coaching Journey

The path we invite to follow is made of three steps build around the 11 competencies defined by the International Coach Federation.

The first level, The ROOT© is aimed at trainers, consultants, managers, internal coaches who wish to make their first well-structured steps within coaching. It deals with the coaching environment and the tools to implement.

The second level, The GROW© is aimed at coaches who already practice and who would like to deepen their knowledge of the profession. It allows them to enter more deeply into the coachee’s personality through his values and beliefs.

The third level, The BLOOM© is built for professional coaches who wish to master the process and the tools in order to make them implicit and intuitive. It covers the person’s identity and the mission.
