The Coaching Square provides a palet of coaching trainings growing. We collaborate with you to develop values and culture to support a coaching approach.

Our core programs are the ROOT©, GROW©, and BLOOM© in their original format and will be customised in order to fit the cultural and organisational background and integrate relevant stories, cases, metaphors.

In-company trainings are designed for a range of specific targets with different backgrounds and needs: Leaders, Human Resources, Inhouse Coaches, Sales coaches.

Corporate Champions Programs

In house coaches
According to their current level of mastering, In-house coaches join one of the 3 core coaching programs: ROOT©, Grow Warm Up©, GROW©, and BLOOM©. We also offer custumised courses to a group of your in house coaches.

HR Promotors
In order to position coaching within the learning strategy and set appropriate standards and expectations, HR professionals have to know about the inner workings of coaching to assess what for, how and when integrate coaching and initiate coaching initiatives. A specialised support is offered for this group.

Sales Boosters
Sales coaches are an important key to success in organisations. We offer several programs to different levels of sales boosters.
