The BLOOM program aims for coaches who like to coach in-depth, on identity level, ...
For coaches who like to touch the essence, who like to develop the true fully presence attitude.

Also experienced coaches who did not follow ROOT-GROW are welcome after an intake.

During the BLOOM you will be challenged on your own identity topics and experience how you can guide your clients in the same areas.

The program is partly in English / Dutch depending on the facilitators.
Facilitators are either at MCC level or with more then 3500 hours of experience in coaching: Leen Lambrechts, Marleen Boen, Johannes B. Schmidt, Pilar Godino (MCC).

The BLOOM program is a 2 year program: 3 days each half year, altered with supervision and personal mentor-coaching.

• Wed-Fri 18-20 September 2013
